Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your Thermomix and accessories in the original manufacturer's packaging to ensure the unit is protected during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it clearly to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are removed or covered.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
